In addition to my regular work as a home inspector, I also have a great deal of experience being hired as an expert witness, and have been useful to over 250 clients in dispute resolution consulting, both in private consultation and before a court of law, though most cases are arbitrated out of court (only 2 of the 250 cases I have had ever went to trial, and both of those cases ended favorably for my clients).
